We all know that losing weight, changing our diet, starting to exercise, and living in an overall healthier manner is easier said than done. And one of the reasons is because people tend to make unrealistic goals. No one is going to re-shape his or her body in just one week, not even in one month. It’s too easy to just give up. A brief intro to our TEAM EXPECTATIONS
By joining BLC and accepting your placement on THE WHITE RABBITS, we expect that you will:
Post on our team thread often~
The posting rule in BLC states that we must post at least 3 times on 3 separate days every week.
We have found that the more you visit us, the more likely you are to feel connected and not end up as a floater.
The WHITE RABBITS are Dedicated, Competitive, and Focused on Having an Incredible BLC!
We expect you to Participate in all challenges, Communicate regularly with your teammates, Track your food and exercise and Not Give Up. We will be focusing on reasonable exercise, as well as good nutrition.
We encourage you to post often.
We encourage you to respond to at least one person every time you post.
We do not expect you to read or respond to every single post.
The more you post, the more you'll get to know us!
